SubscriptionsÂ
When you purchase a membership subscription, you agree to receive recurring payments based on the membership term you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal period.Â
For your security, subscriptions cannot be canceled directly through the customer portal. To cancel or make changes, the account holder must contact our support team via email or phone for account verification.
Early cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the remaining subscription balance, which can be arranged through our support team. 52-Week Membership Subscription Orders include one (1) month pause per year,
Your order confirmation email contains links to view your subscription details and access to manage your orders.
You can also access all of your subscription details, billing attempts, account types and viewable information through your customer accountÂ
Purchases
When you purchase an item, we authorize your payment method and charge it before fulfilling the order.Â
Returns
You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to return a returnable item. Once the 30 day window from shipping has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount. Returnable items will be displayed on their product pages.Â
All other displayed items are non refundable.
