Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or product delays, we’ll notify you right away by email.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard (3–14 business days) — Calculated at checkout
International Shipping:
We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping times and rates vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Pleas reach out for international orders via the contact us page.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Local PickupÂ
If you’re nearby, you can select local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 2 business day.Â
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
